✅ Terms of Use

・Eating and drinking are prohibited in the soundproof room (practice room). Please consume food and drinks, including hydration drinks (such as bottled drinks), outside the soundproof room. However, alcoholic beverages are prohibited anywhere in the room (including bringing in alcohol).

・Please take all trash with you when you leave. (Littering is strictly prohibited throughout the building.)

・The available time is from the start time to the end time of the reservation time.

・Please be punctual when entering and leaving the room.

- Please leave the venue completely by the end of your reservation time.

⚠️ For safety reasons, the soundproof rooms and waiting rooms are monitored by security cameras.

🔁 Regarding schedule changes (rescheduling)

You can change your reservation date online up to 24 hours before your reservation.

If you wish to change your reservation within 24 hours, please contact us by email or phone.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 24 hours before your reservation:

→ 50% of the usage fee will be refunded.

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking:

→ **No refunds (100% charged)**.
